  • Samsung will continue to provide technical support until 30 September 2021.
  • In-warranty hardware repair will be continued for 5 years from the date of purchase from Samsung. Last day for any warranty will be 30 September 2024.
  • Existing partners can submit new orders through 30 September 2019, and new orders are expected to be fulfilled in 8-10 weeks.
  • Selected licenses will be available for 1 year from the End of Sale date for existing customer extensions.
